Best Skin Care Products
Regardless of the season we all need effective skin care products to replenish lost moisture, vitamins and minerals and maintain proper Ph balance.
Our skin is the single largest organ we have.
It is constantly working twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year, constantly working to keep in valuable moisture and vitamins for repair and maintenance, while working to keeping dangerous pollutants and toxins out of the body.
Lets face it, most of us treat our skin with contempt, but rely on we need our skin to keep us healthy and for some people, to look good.
Think about the trauma you put your skin through in a typical week; first of all most of us are constantly washing away valuable moisture and oils that serves as a barrier for keeping out toxins and pollutants from entering our body.
Now I am not suggesting that we all stop bathing and washing, that’s not good either. But we spend so much effort in washing in the shower and so little effort replacing the moisture and the oils our skin needs to function properly. Most of us spend half an hour in the shower and only one minute creaming or conditioning our skin after. (Men are guiltier of this).
We spray on toxins on our skin, spend hours in the sun without proper protection, or avoid the sun like the plague, which is just as bad as too much sun.
We hardly think about our skin when we are eating foods that are not in our best interest, and on and on the abuse continues.
But as we get older it seems our skin becomes more into focus and tends to be the center of our attention, many people after spending the first half of their lives abusing their skin, spend the other half trying to repair the damage.
The good news is that our skin is remarkably resilient and forgiving, so no matter what age you are there is still hope for healthy, beautiful skin.
In an effort to find the best skin care products on the market, we are constantly searching and reviewing new products and their claims. We also look at new dermatology technology and anti- aging skin treatment and repair breakthroughs.
